Terms and Conditions – Please Read
Every plant is packed by us in a carefully managed environment. We take a picture of each plant once packaged and boxed, and this then goes through a quick quality control system.
We work hard to ensure that every plant is packaged correctly inside its box to withstand delivery damage. The loss of the odd leaf/small stem in transit on a healthy plant should not be a cause for concern. We will be unable to refund or send alternative plants for minor delivery defects. When unpacking your plants please be very careful as tape may have been used to secure the pot, as well as card or paper to reduce movement and protect the plants. Please remove packaging carefully. We cannot take responsibility for minor damage caused when unpacking or for damage caused by delivery companies. Plants often need a few days after the delivery process to look their best and adjust to their new environment.
Plant Sizes - sizes may vary +/- 5cm please remember no two plants are the same. All sizes on product pages are a guide.
Please be aware, that as plants are living things, each plant is unique, therefore the photographs used are only representations of the product that you are purchasing.
Online house plants are responsible for the return cost of any faulty items once picture evidence has been provided
As plants are perishable items online house plants will not be able to accept returns and refunds for plants which are; of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described.
Pots and non perishable items can be returned as per the UK consumer rights policy.
Any refunded order will take up to 14 days to be reimbursed.
