What courier do you use for delivery? 

We use DPD

How long does delivery take?

 All plants are posted via next working day delivery. Working day, is classed as Monday to Thursday.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Local deliveries take place on a Saturday or Sunday evening only. DPD do not deliver at the weekend, therefore no parcels are sent on a Friday to avoid plants sitting at a cold depot.

Can I collect my order?

If you are local to Rayleigh, you can collect your order. Please select ‘collection’ when purchasing your order.

Can I track my item?

You will be sent your tracking number when your parcel is on its way.

How do I apply a promotional code?

At the checkout, enter the promotional code to receive your discount.

Where is my order?

You will receive notification of the tracking of your parcel via DPD. Please be aware public holidays have an affect on delivery days.

Can I amend my order or address after it has been made? 

Simply email us direct or use the live chat function to change an address you can log into the DPD notification to amend delivery details and preferences once you have received your tracking number,

My plant died, can I get a refund?

Sorry unless it died in transit and photographic evidence is provided, we are unable to provide a refund. Care tips for each plant is included with each plant on the site for you to refer to at any time.
